Our fee and care offer includes an outstanding independent education alongside guaranteed wraparound care from 8am – 6pm.

We offer flexible payment options, allowing fees to be settled termly, or through a monthly payment scheme (spread across 11 months).

Discounted Fees & Wraparound Care Offer

*Our discounted fees and wraparound care offer provides busy families with flexibility and peace of mind at an incredible price. Parents who book our full wraparound care package, receive a discount on both the care and tuition fees.

Interest-free Monthly Payments

Fees are invoiced termly (three times per year) in advance of each term. Our parents have the option to pay over eleven months of the academic year totally interest-free. This means that the fee invoice can be paid in eleven equal instalments, with payment in full completed by June.

Nursery Fees

We provide year-round nursery care for children from the age of six months to school age. We are open Monday to Friday, from 08:00 until 18:00, for 51 weeks of the year.*

One session at Little Elmhurst is a half day. A minimum of six sessions is required for all children up to their pre-reception year, when we recommend this rises to enable a smoother transition into school.

Additional information

All fees are due and payable in advance.
A personal accident insurance is also included which covers your child 24 hours a day, 365 days a year world-wide, whilst a pupil at the school, against permanent disability or death. Should you require any further information, leaflets are available in the school office.
No reduction can be made on fees due to absence. Fees remission insurance, which covers the return of fees if a child is ill for 5 or more days (including weekends) is available and added to the fee as an optional extra.

Children attending the nursery setting on a full-time basis will receive a 10% discount on the net fee after funding. This applies to any child attending Little Elmhurst from Monday to Friday.

We offer 15 or 30 hours of Government funding for children aged 9 months to 4 years old. All settings that are open for 51 weeks per year are permitted to stretch this entitlement across the year, which equates to 11 hours’ funded childcare per week. (Please note that this funding does not cover additional extras.) There is a consumbable charge of £8.50 per funded day.

Sibling Discount

Elmhurst offers a 10% discount for the second child.

Additional Information

Additional information

A non-refundable registration fee of £100 is charged per child accompanying the registration form. A deposit of £700 per child is payable on formal acceptance of a place. This deposit will be returned to you when your child leaves Elmhurst, subject to any outstanding amounts.

In Year 4 and Year 5, a payment of around £400 is payable for the purchase of a Chromebook device. Parents wishing to purchase the device earlier for home use should contact the school office office@elmhurstschool.net to ensure the device they purchase is compatible with the school systems.

All fees are due and payable on or before the first day of the term. Late payment charges may be applied.
Failure to pay fees may result in the pupil’s place being suspended or withdrawn.
